We Believe Every
Founder Deserves
the Full Picture.
Value For Startups is a free, independent research portal dedicated to publishing deep-dive analyses on the world's most important startups — so that every founder, investor, student and curious mind can access the kind of intelligence that used to be locked behind expensive paywalls.
🎯 Our Mission
To build the world's most comprehensive and accessible startup intelligence platform — covering new, emerging, and high-performing startups across every country and every industry. We want anyone, anywhere to be able to research a startup, understand its business model, and make informed decisions — whether they're a first-time founder, a student writing a case study, an investor doing due diligence, or simply someone curious about the companies shaping our world.
Who We Are
Value For Startups was built out of a simple frustration: great startup intelligence existed, but it was scattered, paywalled, or written only for institutional investors who already knew the answers. We set out to fix that.
We are a team of researchers, writers and entrepreneurs obsessed with the startup ecosystem. We read the DRHPs, the annual reports, the founder interviews, the regulatory filings, the Reddit threads, and the obscure industry newsletters — so you don't have to.
We started with India — because India's startup story is one of the most remarkable in the world, and it deserved to be told with the depth it earned. But we're not stopping there. Global reports are coming — the US, UK, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
What We Cover
Each report on Value For Startups is a structured deep dive covering a company's founding story, business model, revenue and valuation data, competitive landscape, key risks, and investor thesis. We don't do surface-level listicles. We do the work.
Our goal is simple: by the time you finish reading a report, you know more about that company than 99% of people in the room.
Our Values
Why Global?
India was the starting point — not the finish line. The same founder in Bengaluru studying Zerodha might want to understand Robinhood. The MBA student in Mumbai researching Zomato needs to understand DoorDash. The investor in Delhi looking at Neysa needs context from OpenAI and Mistral.
Startup intelligence has no borders. Neither will Value For Startups. Reports from the US, UK, Southeast Asia, UAE, China and Europe are coming — watch this space.
